Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SAVi mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by SAVi ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using SAVi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SAVi is a travel cashback marketplace that allows users to earn cashback rewards when booking hotels, flights, car rentals, activities, and other travel products through affiliated merchant partners.

SAVi earns a commission from affiliated merchants when users complete qualifying bookings through our tracking links. A portion of this commission is passed back to users as cashback. The cashback rates displayed in the app are subject to change at any time based on merchant agreements.

3. Account Registration

To use SAVi, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, country of residence, and a password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Cashback Program

Earning cashback: To earn cashback, you must tap "Shop now" on a merchant page within the SAVi app and complete a qualifying booking in the same browser session without closing or switching to a different link.

Cashback rates: Rates are set by our affiliate partners and may vary by merchant, booking type, and region. Displayed rates are estimates and may differ from final confirmed rates.

Pending cashback: Cashback is initially marked as "pending" and typically appears within 1-2 days of booking. It remains pending until the merchant confirms the booking is valid and non-refunded.

Confirmed cashback: Cashback becomes "confirmed" once the merchant validates the transaction, which may take up to 30-90 days depending on the merchant.

Ineligible transactions: Cashback will not be awarded for:

• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent bookings
• Bookings made without going through SAVi's tracking link
• Bookings made using discount codes not approved by the merchant for cashback
• Duplicate or suspicious transactions

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of confirmed cashback to your registered payment method subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $10.00 USD
• You must have a verified payment method on file
• Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
• SAVi reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review

SAVi is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank. Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use SAVi for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate the cashback system, including making and cancelling bookings to generate cashback
• Create multiple accounts to gain additional cashback
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending cashback.

7. Intellectual Property

The SAVi name, logo, app design, and all content within the Service are owned by SAVi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to SAVi (such as support messages), but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Merchants

SAVi is a cashback platform, not a travel booking service. All bookings are made directly with third-party merchants. SAVi is not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or availability of merchant products and services
• Disputes between you and any merchant
• Changes to merchant pricing, policies, or cashback rates
• Technical issues on merchant websites that affect cashback tracking

Any disputes regarding your bookings must be resolved directly with the merchant.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SAVi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee that any specific cashback rate will be available or that cashback will be confirmed for any particular transaction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAVi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of cashback earnings, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of SAVi shall not exceed the total amount of cashback confirmed in your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at business@savi-app.com. Upon termination, any confirmed but unwithdrawn cashback above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. In cases of fraud, cashback may be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of SAVi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
